Everyone is always very sweet and friendly. Great service with reminders about appointments.
I actually like going to the dentist at Dr Williams. They work together like a family and take great pride in their quality. I have had two crowns here (they make the crown in-house during your visit on a high-tech machine in about an hour) and they are vastly superior to any other dentist I have ever used.
I have been a patient of Dr. Andy for 16 years. He and his staff are always friendly and professional. Their work, either general hygiene or more detailed procedures, are always top notch. Dr. Andy has created and installed four crowns in my mouth and all are perfect and without any problems whatsoever.
Very pleased as usual with the personnel and service at Dr. Andy's.
You did a wonderful job taking care of me.
The only suggestion I have is that he might ask the patient if he/she would like a brief explanation of what he is doing along the way. For example, instead of just putting the rubber and metal "dam" in place without comment, say what he's going to do and why. Maybe others don't want to know what is happening, but I was trying to imagine why he was pushing hard against my teeth before using the filing material (what was actually happening was he was pushing back the gums to make sure the filling went as far under the gums as... read more
