Dr. Andy and his staff are phenomenal. They are always so kind, patient, helpful, and smiling. Somehow they always make you feel like you are their only patient, which gives you confidence in their care. Very often in a doctor's office the nurse or assistant is the only one who seems to listen to your problem and the physician sweeps in, performs a corrective procedure, and then leaves. As I have a lifelong fear of dentists I was terrified going in. I could not have had a better experience. Everyone respected my feelings and did not treat me as a nuisance.
Once I finally resigned myself to the fact that I needed a full upper arch denture and the six extractions that would go along with it, I agonized over the choice between Dr. Andy and a franchise dentist offering dentures for what sounded like a too good to be true price. Their office and staff are wonderful! They discuss all your treatment options and put you at complete ease. Ever thing that occurred was exactly as was explained. They even called to check on me the next day. They are truely compassionate caregivers.
