She is very personable and does a good job of explaining the needs.
I actually saw two dentists and had my teeth cleaned! I love the friendly positive energy that is from the front desk through to the entire staff! I sent my daughter, Ashley Cleveland to Dr Andy Williams when she started A&M five years ago! I left my local DDS of many years and started going over a year ago! I recommended my other daughter, Tiffany Spencer and she loves y'all as much as I do. Y'all really make us feel like you care!

Staff very courteous. Family had a VERY costly decision/procedure to make on an adult dependent. Dr. Steven Williams and staff took the time to answer family's questions and concerns. Dr. S. Williams even provided the low-end and high-end treatments with cause/effects. I did not in the slight feel pressured in selecting a treatment. He understood and was concerned for the patient's well being.
We so very much appreciate Dr. Steven seeing Ed so quickly. He is doing fine with no problems at this point. Thank you, Ed and Jeanie Robinette
