Semi Annual Cleaning Same technician as the two previous visits, brief visit by doctor. All timely, pleasant and well done from my perspective including a visit in the subsequent week to fill a tooth by Dr. Williams, done with no pain and no roughness that I could see or feel in the finished product. Needless to say I am pleased with the service I received and have already scheduled the next cleaning.

Just rip them all out!!!! My mind set on my first appointment was to just rip all my teeth out and get new ones, I was in pain and at the end of my rope. I was given an appointment that wasn't 6 weeks out and everyone, office staff to the doctors and everyone inbetween, is polite, professional, empathetic, actually listen to your concerns, and take the time needed to explain what is the best course of action. Kelsey Williams and the assistants who examined me were all very professional, thorough, careful and attentive. It was clear that all were knowledgeable and confident in their work. Information and results were provided to me in an exact and understandable fashion. Add to that the cheerful, kind and concerned personal qualities they all displayed, and I would have to say that my experience was as good as a visit to the dentist could possibly be!
