I had a great experience today. Dr. Williams and his assistant knew I was pretty nervous and they both frequently checked in with me to make sure I was doing well. I was never left alone in the chair. Dr. Williams explained where he was in the cavity-filling process and followed up with an explanation of what was done and what needed watching. The entire staff is very professional, yet personal.
My experience today was great. Layla is very careful with my teeth. Both Layla and Dr. Williams explained the problems I need to address on my treatment plan and they're always in good spirits. That really makes the experience enjoyable.
Having a regular crown is so much easier and less painful than the old way. I really like the new machine that gives you a crown the same day.

Dr. Williams has filled cavities and done crown work for me this past year. I suspect he is a perfectionist which is a good trait in a dentist. He is thorough and careful that his work is exactly right and is good to explain the process. His staff is five star as well. They have earned my trust and respect. I'm happy to recommend Dr. Williams.
My experience was awesome as usual. This was the first time I had met Dr. Jeannie and she was very nice and professoinal. I am so glad to hear that Dr. Andy is better and look forward to seeing him on my next visit. Layla was AWESOME. I love hoer professionalism and friendliness. That is the reason my husband and I will continue to drive from the Dallas area to see Dr. Andy and Layla!
