Deborah and Jeff were both a pleasure to work with and very patient as we tried to make up our mind about carpet to be used on a stair runner. We received absolutely no pressure to buy from them or to make a hasty decision. We especially appreciate the fact that they sell Mohawk carpets that are highly eco-friendly and pet-friendly. They made it possible to have a stair runner created from the carpet of our choice, at a very reasonable price, and installed it promptly. We'd definitely do business with them again.

Jeff, Deborah and the staff were great to work with. They went the extra mile to get our carpet after the manufacturer made a mistake (no fault of Williams Carpet at all) in the carpet we ordered. If you want professional service and a great price and selection, then I highly recommend working with them.
