They made it possible to have a stair runner created from the carpet of our choice, at a very reasonable price, and installed it promptly. We'd definitely do business with them again.

Jeff, Deborah and the staff were great to work with. They went the extra mile to get our carpet after the manufacturer made a mistake (no fault of Williams Carpet at all) in the carpet we ordered. If you want professional service and a great price and selection, then I highly recommend working with them.
