They didn't really help or listen. I explained to them that I wanted to trade to an older model and reduce my total debt owed. I was upfront and told them I didn't think my trade in would meet or exceed my loan amount. The sales manager said I wasn't that upside down and didn't have much negative equity. Then when he ran the numbers it was apparent he mislead me. Had I traded I would have been financing $6,000 more than I am now and would be in a vehicle worth less than the loan. Their practice was very shady.

Gene was great! No commission sales, easy to work with, no nonsense. Fast and efficient. Had several people ready and willing to help me the minute I walked in the door; no pressure, just friendly people wanting to help. Never thought I'd find my Toyota at a Buick dealership - LOL.
