People calling and it was clearly stated "NO PHONE CALLS" use email for contact method. The call center staff, we are not part of The dealership so we don't see any comments. We see name, number, address, and vehicle of interest. Two people here, got my phone number and burned up (blew up) my phone. THey did not have the same vehicle as they advertised. Very frustrated with this poor dealership.

Williams was slow to respond. Purchased a vehicle before receiving their initial contact.
Did not get me approved for the car i was interested in. Instead they sent the loan application out for a higher value car then said i was approved if i put down $3,500. Not what i asked to do & i said my price limit @ the time of my visit. Sales pitch was weak & they did'nt listen to what my needs we're. Thanks but no thanks...!
