Faultless from the second I attended the workshop to the pick-up of my vehicle. The staff were professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs with my repair. Had work done on my statesman wh bonnet by his fabricator by grafting a v8 ba bonnet hump to it and had done a great job for engineering purpose. After returning to have more mobs done to underneath bonnet for more clearance I was advised that his fabricator had left and was not at all interested in finishing my bonnet. Terrible customer service in the end as he would only send his receptionist to veiw what I wanted and wouldnt come out and look for himself. I do wish I new where the fabricator went to as he was excellent.
I have now had to take 2 of our cars to Williams Bodyworks over the last couple of years. The guys doing the work do an amazing job. But the most exceptional thing about the team is Jackie, Cherie & the team organising everything. They truly have their head in the game (as they say). They are so well organised and are a pleasure to deal with. Their customer service is second to none.
