If your dog or pet is in need after hours,do not bother calling the emergency number! They will NOT call you back! My dog DIED due to their negligence! I firmly believe had she gotten care when she needed it, she would be alive today! If your pet doesn't got into their 'scheduled hours' forget getting good care! They will not go out of their way to help your sick pet / family member!
Do NOT expect them to be there for you after hours! They won't even call you back! They give great care during business hours! Don't be fooled! They'll let your pet / family member DIE before they will help you / or your loved one! Unless they change immediately, find someone who will be there for you when it's not so convenient for them! They are great during business hours, but DEADLY when it's after hours!

My family loves Williams Animal Clinic. All 4 of our animals go there now and receive wonderful care. The staff is exceptional and they always treat our baby's like they are theirs. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. No better place in town. Thanks for everything: the McIntire family-Sadie, Zeus, Hercules, and Buddy.

Love the staff. You can tell that they genuinely LOVE animals... And there aren't even afraid of my big scary PitBull, who is a big baby and would run from a tiny poodle. I HATE the way people automatically assume bulldogs are mean and aggressive... Labs bite more people than bulldogs.... Google it! ;-)

We thought we were going to lose our precious puppy but we brought her here and they did whatever they possibly could do. They were very considerate when it came down to explaining costs and explained every option we had. I am thankful that they were able to help her. The staff was also amazing and was able to answer all the questions I had. I will not take my animals any where else.

Williams Animal Clinic is a great vet hospital with a very friendly staff. I recommend to all pet owners in Scottsboro!
This is a fantastic vet's office. Great people who truly have the pets best interest at heart! Thanks Lou for always taking the time when help is needed.
My first visit was an emergency visit. They not only waited for me to get there but took my dog and started working on her before I even got handed the registration papers! They saved another one of my dogs from having to have surgery with their innovative thinking! All 6 of my dogs love Williams! No other vets for us!
