Williams is awesome! Both Dr. Lowrey and Dr. Crowell were very professional and comforting when we had to have surgery on our little buddy, T-bone! The entire staff was wonderful!�
Lack of thorough testing, late responsiveness, and incorrect reporting by William's Animal clinic led to my dog's week of internal self-mutilation as undiagnosed diabetes ravaged her kidneys and liver. I had to put her down after a week of watching her cough blood and and weakening to the brink of death. She was originally taken to the clinic with the concern that she maybe diabetic. Wonderful place to trust with your pets care!! We could easily use a vet more local, but it's worth the 35 min drive for the care provided. Such nice staff!

They charge a exam fee . Didn't ask for it sorta a one time trip . To get a pill for worms . I have a full time vet . But he's closed on Saturday's . Exam; isn't needed.

After Dr Williams sold the clinic the people who are in charge now care more about profits than they do about pet heath and the relationships of pets and pet owners....especially the tall brunette working their...thank you Dr Greg...to the tall Brunette you should be ashamed of yourself, I don't know how you sleep at night!
Can't complain about the staff, (they are great) but when there is an EMERGENCY � you can't get ahold of the vet...my cat died today, after spending close to $800.oo here, and there they couldn't figure out what was wrong with him.... called several times and vet got back hrs later... guess what, too late! Dr Williams was the best!

im to inform you that Mellisa at SAFE HAVEN has took advanage of elderly and lied to get dogs If she brings in a one year old chihuachua to be neutered by the name of tango ,please do not do surgery intill this matter is selted in court
