Dr Lowrey and staff were wonderful today as we ended the suffering of our sweet lab, Bear.
I took Bandit for his checkup and a bath today. Apparently he had such a good time, he didn't want to get in the car to come home. A big THANK YOU to Kristie who left the front desk and came out and helped me get Bandit(72 lbs) in the car.

Really disgusted by how much Williams' Animal Clinic has gone downhill since Dr. Williams died. They care more about money than the well-being of your animals. My cats have been on specialized food for years to deal with their kidney problems. I was recently told I would not be able to buy their food anymore until I brought them in, I tried to explain that they were old and easily upset and get so stressed out when I HAVE to take them to the vet that they stay sick FOR DAYS. I have loved this place for years but new docs and mgmt are awful. We picked my dog up today from boarding and they ran tests without our permission or knowledge and charged us for it. This place has become absurd.
