Upon reading the one star review by "Robert", I felt compelled to respond. If I could have written a review of "Robert" I would have, but here we are. Robert is a man that reminisces about hair cuts he had at barbers 15 years ago. He is so deeply affected by them that he feels compelled to write reviews of haircuts he had in 2011 in 2025. Clearly these were seminal moments in his life and highly formative. My experience with Elevate Psychology, specifically Luke Williams, was extremely poor and not reflective of competent clinical practice. This was not a therapeutic session but a paid psychological report, which makes the lack of clinical rigour even more concerning. The interaction underpinning the report demonstrated minimal behavioural engagement. Communication was flat, monotonal, and affectively blunted, with little to no eye contact.
