I've been trying to reach both centers to no avail except for electronic messages...no human interaction from either center. Connecticut Avenue says leave a message and someone will call back in 24 HOURS. SE Center electronic message says closed from Dec 24th til Jan 1st reopeni g on Wed Jan 2 2019. Pressing "0" to speak to operator is nil also because electronic message says "noone available to to take call". So much for grief counseling.
