The office staff was wonderful. I had two nurses (Eileen and Heidi) who were outstanding! Dr. Chou explained my treatment plan very well. Gave time for questions. A bit rushed and probably not the top rated bed side manner but very knowledgeable and I trusted him completely.
He explained my treatment options very well. When I had difficulties with another office, they took care of the situation immediately and did not delay my care. I was fortunate to be referred there.
