RecommendedI love Chestnut Hills Dental. My kiddos and I have gone to this office for several years now and I think they are excellent. They have always done an amazing job with my kiddos, which means a lot to me. I think the dentist hygienists there are AMAZING and kind and I have never had a bad experience here. 😍😍
I was greeted by a lovely receptionist. Kristen and Ashley were fabulous with explaining procedures and cleaning my teeth. Dr. Vitale, on the other hand, was horrible. 0/10 and that’s generous. He had horrible bed side manners that I did not appreciate. He made me feel like an idiot and was overall not friendly at all. Considering he works with people on the daily, he should definitely get a better personality or get a new profession. He pressed very hard on my temple, I wanted to cry!
Went from a dental office where I felt like they didnt actually care about me and just wanted my money, to Chestnut Hills Dental and it was the best decision. Dr. Vitale is a fantastic dentist, he knows what he's doing and actually cares about me and not just the money coming in. Plus his dental staff is great too.
There's too many complaints to type. They couldn't even give me a valid receipt of work completed on my first visit. What paperwork I did get wasn't correct, I wasn't told the truth about my charges ( my insurance was billed more then I was quoted.), it's been almost a year and I have yet to receive the money I'm owed! I paid and my insurance was charged. I've been getting a run around when I call. I will no longer be speaking with this office, another office it's handling it. I have always loved Chestnut Hills Dental! They have always done an excellent job with my kids during their appointments. Today I went for my appointment after work and my dental hygienist Ashley was exceptional!! ���
