After seeing Dr. VanDiver and being told his office would work on getting approval for next steps then finding out several weeks later nothing had been done, this is not the way to run a doctors office! You call for medication refills and are told 'only the doctor calls those in' but he is never there! How can you stay in business with such horrible customer service? The doctor seems nice and seems to know his trade, but beyond that...this office is horrendous!

I have faith in this doctor and his judgment, which is the highest compliment I can pay to a physician.
Went over what needed to be done & explained everything very clearly.
This was a second opinion appointment. I felt a little rushed because they were running behind.

The doctor explained all of the options available and made a recommendation, but listened to everything that I had to say. Took time with me, didn't leave me feeling rushed out the door.
My doctor was always honest. And I always felt safe.
