I have had three appraisals done by Tom Follis over the last eight years. All of them have been extremely thorough and they have never been questioned by any bank that have seen them. His experience is well established and he was always available to address any concerns I have had. His staff now is the best I have met.
I felt discriminated against because I am a student. Horrible communication, Jeff never got back to me after saying he would. Strung me along for several weeks leaving out important details until later. Not accommodating at all. I thought this business (like any other) would want customers/patrons, not the impression I got. I know the housing market is tough but stay away!
