Lovely person; attentive physician.
I am sorry to see him retire but he’s going to be missed. He listens to us and gives valuable feed back. Explains everything. He doesn’t rush you out the door. I have been very happy with my care that I received. Enjoy your retirement you will be greatly missed.
I had seen Dr.Sutherland about a month or so ago @ this same problem & he did what was appropriate to do then but this visit called for more intervention & equipment change - if it can possibly b done. He went into more detail on my MRI and made sure I understood everything. I am happy for him that he is able to retire and wish him nothing but the best. However, I am also sad because we are losing a good doctor who truly cares about his patients & their welfare & orthopedic health. May you enjoy your retirement & God’s bless... read more

Everything was excellent. I waited for less than 5 minutes to be seen, every single staff member, nurse, assistant, secretary and technician were very friendly, helpful, obviously intelligent and competent, and they were so gentle with my broken arm. The doctor inspired confidence in me because he really examined my injury and looked carefully at my X-rays to determine if I needed surgery (I don't). Dr Sutherland is friendly and kind. He is thorough in his review of your scans and X-rays. He explains your condition clearly. And he gives very good medical advice on course of treatment. I highly recommend Dr Sutherland.
