I had carpal tunnel surgery and Dr. Spire was my physician, in the beginning I was getting such a run a round and ended up with Dr. Spire, he answered all questions thoroughly, he showed genuine concern and consideration, was patient, and out of all the doctors I've seen my entire life, I had not ever met a more caring and honest physician, I feel a lot of doctors would and could learn a lot from Dr. Spire....especially his sincerity, and concerns, his ethics....
