I have been to Dr. Craig with low back pain he has treated me great he and his staff are exceptional. Although I did arrive at 10 am one visit and they said do you feel like going to eat and shop around you appointment is not until 3:15 pm. I liked that, they stay on line with appointments and do not put anyone ahead of you. So make sure you get there by your appointment time.

I was given an injection which left in horrible pain for 3 days. I limped for days after that. Dr. Craig showed no interest in dealing with a problem he created. Just wanted to send me to a pain specialist. My pain levels quadrupled after leaving that office. I will never go there again.

Dr. Craig and his nurses and staff are wonderful. Dr. Craig has given me the ability to live a better quality life. I highly recommend him to all my family and friends because I know they will be treated just like he would want his family treated. Thank you Dr. Craig and team!!!

It is VERY surprising to read a negative review of this fine doctor. I had been a patient of Dr. Deinlein until his heart attack. I wanted to stay under the care of Southlake Orthopedics as I had friends who recommended it. I appreciated his careful explanation of his plan of care. I am very happy with my doctor.

He simply does not care about his patients. I was in tears at my appointment and he did not care at all. His assistant stood in the corner staring st me like I was crazy. I can’t move my foot therefore I can not walk. His staff said they had no reason to fill out my Short term disability forms because he didn’t note in my chart. I work retail, it is a given that I can’t work. They kept the $25 fee to fill out the forms. He ordered an MRI but the follow up appointment is over a month away. Grrr

Does not communicate well. Great salesman for his procedures but does not care to find the actual problem. I had an SI joint injection with absolutely no relief. Went back for follow up with his NP (which was great) and she found a fracture in my hip and ordered more tests. The next visit he denied it and told me I have arthritis (at 31) and referred me to a rheumatologist. I would not recommend him to anyone. The staff is also rude and go along with the lies.

Great Dr. Very good bedside Manner and is attentive to my needs as a Patient, He has performed numerous procedures on my neck and back (Radio Frequency Ablations) and I have been very pleased with the outcome. The procedures have made me have about 80% reduction in pain. I encourage anyone with a pain management problem to go see him, he is a Miracle Worker . Wonderful young man ! and Dr.

My experience with Dr. Craig was not very good. I would ask questions about other options other than his and he would criticize and put them down. (example: laparoscopic lazar) He would call other avenues of treatment quackery. He came across very self absorbed. I thought this was very unprofessional.

It seems as if my age (or lack thereof) is reason enough to believe I don't truly have a problem. So far $500 wasted in copays for the visits and PT. When you go in knowing how awful ESIs are for your bones and that they won't actually help so you tell him you won't consider them at all, and he rolls his eyes. Real professional. Very arrogant and condescending. I would not recommend him to anyone.
