On initial visit, I saw him exactly at my apt time. No long wait. He was well prepared . He had reviewed notes from referring Dr. He very professionally and kindly asked clarifying questions. He explained several possibilites of my hip pain and recommened an MRI of the hip. MRI was done today. Was performed exactly on time. Tech was very nice. The office is clean and I appreciate the parking situation - it is close to building so no long walks. I was given a follow up apt with Dr. Craig in a few days to get results of MRI.
Everyone was nice and helpful. Dr. Craig answered all my questions and concerns. Did not have to wait long and was please with my care.
I have been a patient of Dr. Craig for over 10 years. He is thorough in in determining cause and relief of pain. He and his staff are kind, caring and extremely professional. Office experience is prompt and efficient.
He was very cordial and professional. I liked his before and after attention toward me.
Dr. Craig always makes me feel he truly cares about helping me get relief from my pain and trying the best procedure that will last.
