I would only recommend this lawyer to an enemy. I hired him to handle my custody case and after a month he still had not done anything (except cash the $3000 retainer check). I called there office every other day and every time I was told that it was being handled and my ex would be served within 3 days. After a month of this I contacted the court to find out that my attorney had not filed anything. I hired another attorney and my ex was served 4 days later. Of course I did not get my retainer back.
"I have recently learned that Mr.. Waters hired my 19 year old daughter as a prostitute in early January 2016, we are not proud of our daughters actions by any means but even more disgusted of an attorney who actively represents and advocates against sexual abuse and exploitation would hire and pay young girls for sexual favors. Furthermore I have learned the communication that was sent to my daughter was through craigslist, and emailed from bill@bwaterslaw.com which I assume is a firms email."
