Had an EEG done today. My nurse was very nice and spoke to me less like a patient and more like a person which is something that some hospitals lack. That cannot be taught though. If the time comes where I have to go again I will be happy.
EXTREMELY rude outpatient scheduling lady answered the phone. I have been feeling absolutely horrible and just needed to figure out how to schedule an appointment without someone yelling at me when the reason I called was BECAUSE I have had nonstop migraines and dizziness. Very rude and obviously didn't help my condition. Not everyone knows everything, I have never needed to go to a hospital because I was sick before this.
The care I recieved at Mary Greeley Medical Center ER was comforting, caring, empathetic, fast and I just appreciate the whole team so much for all of their kindness and generosity.
Excellent care! Friendly nursing staff!!! Cafeteria has awesome menu choices! Always quick/hot food delivery! Very good tasting food!!!!
Dr Greco is one of the most knowledgeable and compassionate people I have ever met! His days are filled with people fighting a huge battle yet he stays so upbeat and friendly and takes the time to explain all questions we have! If I had the option for 10 stars to give him I would! He’s the best in our book! Thank you Dr Greco!
