I was thrown off by Dr. Postma's dismissive demeanor from the moment he entered. I waited for 25 minutes only to meet with him for 5 minutes. I was disappointed that he did not apologize for or at least explain his delay, and at one point, he seemed to chuckle at my injury. I appreciated that he ordered me an MRI and answered my questions, which is what I needed, but his bedside manner suggested that he did not really care to know the full scope of my condition. I felt very disrespected.

My insurance checked out when I made the appointment, for them to turn me away weeks later on the day of the appointment saying they don't take my insurance. Nevermind they sending me to 3 different places and not being seen. None sense
