Dr. Pfaff did a awesome job fixing my back . I have no pain in my back and I thank him very much . I can play with my grandson now .
Today I had an appointment with Dr Pfaff at the Lewes Spine Center and was 10 minutes late to my appointment due to traffic. When I came to the window I was told that I could not see the doctor because I was 10 minutes late. I am con founded at the arrogance of doctors who will leave you sitting in there waiting rooms for long periods and yet refused to see you if you show up a few minutes late. I will not go back and do not recommend this practice.

Great credentials. Takes time 2 explain what's going on&his plan to fix. No pressure-just facts 4 patient 2 decide what's next. 'Bedside manner"excellent, surgery outstanding w/immediate results in alleviating back pain from stenosis/herniation. Follow ups great/on time. A minor hiccup in assistance/aftercare/m relaxers w/severe spasms&possible interaction w/antibiotics I'm on. Not happy-no dr visits after 8wks, all drs on net say 3/6/12 mos visits, on net 4 answers to pain concerns/answers....
Very congenial and listens to how you feel rather than just previous diagnostic testing. Extremely professional and knowledgeable of the latest treatments in the field. I would recommend him to others.
I recently was in a car accident and have seen Dr. Pfaff. I had whiplash and a fracture in my back have been suffering from chronic neck, back pain and vertigo. I went to my followup appointment arriving early, and his staff refused to allow me to have my visit due to rescheduling a test. When I got home I back went totally out and I can not standup. His staff is the worst I ever seen they make decisions that put your health in jeopardy. I would not recommend his office for walking my dog.
I am 1 year post surgent withe Dr. Pfaff. I suffered through steroid injections, physical therapy, and medications for a year while multiple doctors told me I didn't need surgery. I was 39 and experiencing life altering pain from what I was told were herniated discs. Dr. Pfaff finally put together the EMG, MRI, and my personal account of what I was experiencing and discovered the discs were basically dying. He was the only one to listen to me. So grateful to have my life back. Truly a caring doc
Great doctor and surgeon. Takes the time needed with his patients and truly cares. Great office staff also!!
He is amazing! He is knowledgeable in his field. He cares 110% about the needs of his patients! His staff is great!
