Save yourself, go as far north as you can. Too much pain, too much hurt to begin with how this man robbed my life from me. I literally had 1 foot in the grave because of this man and his staff, well, accused me of having an opioid habit when all I really wanted was answers and solutions only to end up with 2 PE's & pneumonia, yeah, but I just wanted "pain pills". If you need a REAL DOCTOR that this one claims to be, SEE DR RUSH FISHER, PEN MED, HE AND HIS STAFF, SAVED my LIFE and GAVE MY LIL ONES BACK THEIR MOMMY.
Staff would do better working in a laundromat or something similar (sorry if I'm offending laundromat workers, but the point I'm making is these people are completely unprofessional)! My (injection) appts were canceled twice on the day of my appt.! (Yes twice)! According to the ignorant staff, the Dr retired on the spot! Huh! Again they canceled on me one month, then on my new appt a few months later, they canceled again! Sounds like BS to me! What gives? Do yourself a favor and find a better place!
we have had 5 cancellation some of the day of within 2 months with the explanation of the doctor is sick or we have no medicine and the staff( especially Cori) is undesirable and right down very rude and demeaning. Upon an cancelled injection 3 times with doctor being sick and or no medicine you have to prepare a week ahead of time for meds and have to be driven which requires you to have someone with you. Our second visit was to see the results of the images for a final diagnosis. After the appointed time and then he only spent three-five minutes with us (two patients). He showed no interest in his patients at all.
Staff is rude. Dr. Pfaff is awesome doctor....but staff is a lot to desire. Guess time to find new doctor. Maybe staff can take class on patient/customer service. It goes along way.
He is a phenomenal spine specialist. Would highly recommend him and have already done so.
Fantastic Doctor! I have a mess of a back with rods and he has targeted my pain. He’s the best orthopedic doctor who is very knowledgeable and great bedside manner!

I’m a new patient of Dr Pfaff. He came into the exam room prepared and had fully reviewed my medical file. He asked me why I was there and permitted me to Fully explain without interruption. He then confirmed that my current complaints were consistent with my file. He then told me what he thought, laid out my treatment plan and asked if I had any questions. I’m very satisfied that we became s team in my plan. He was not at all condescending like others doctors can be.
