Was dealing with agent Jose Martinez, he is terrible and wont prioritize you or inform you of any of his "real estate" rules beforehand. I can not emphasize enough how terrible this experience was and unprofessional.
So you decided to move in PSA apartments. Im so sorry. Your about to experience hell. First the person in charge of showing you the apartment, Denise, will pretend to be your very best friend. Its an act. Once your in you better forget she even exists. And if you do need too speak with her you better go through Jen the property manager cause she speaks for everyone involved. I have been living here with my Father and my Son. my Dad is 80 and I am his caregiver . My son is a minor under 18. They are NOT renewing our lease because of 3 people in a one bedroom apartment. I sleep on a pull out sofa. My dad is physically and mentally not well. He has been so sick over this he was in the hospital. Current tenant. They lie and say there are professional cleaners between tenants. That definitely was not done. The shower did not work at all. Fixed fairly quick, but should have been addressed before they let someone else rent. Maintenance does not have a number you can call, so you have no idea when they are going to address your issue. The office lady is extremely rude and the agents are unorganized. My agent never contacted me, like he said he would to give me the keys.
