I love living there. It's the best deal in Center City for long-term living. Plus, they have a dentist, an eye doctor, and a few other offices on the first floor. Parking is expensive unless on a monthly plan, unfortunately. But it's the best location for a co-op apt in the city.
Great location, amenities, and property manager. Would recommend for both young professionals and retirees.
This location is a high-rise Co-op elevator building at 1919 Chestnut Street it has a very attractive lobby, desk person, security desk, private parking and realtor at location I am including photographs for your review. Considerable public transportation is available along with a Target store and many other restaurants and smaller retailers.
