Everybody was so professional and very very good at what they do. I never had such a thorough cleaning before!
I could not have been more pleased with my first visit. I have neglected my oral health for years and from my initial phone call to set up an appointment to my consultation with Dr Hein I was treated like I was an "old friend" who needed help. Everyone I encountered treated me with compassion, respect, and concern. Dr Hein laid out a path to correct my problems and also offered a few different options for me to think about. To say I was impressed would be an understatement.
Rachel did a great job as always. Very knowledgeable. Your lucky to have her.
I had a crown come off one of my back teeth and needed to have this looked at as soon as possible and not only were the staff polite but did everything to get me into to see one of the doctors. I did get to see Dr. Nelson and he was able to get this fixed on this visit to the office and it only took about 1/2 hour!! He did a wonderful job and it was great to talk with him and share a couple of laughs. This made the visit very pleasant!! :)

I can’t say enough about the treatment I get whenever I visit d7 Heinz office. His support people are all simply very pleasant. Dr. Heinrich himself is very caring and will spend time talking with you. Last year after some dental work I was vacationing out west in Yellowstone and a problem came up. I called his office fro the middle of Custers “last stand” and he took the time to help me out on the phone. He is just a great guy, let alone a great Dentist. Would recommend him very highly.
Never had a better dental visit. Appointment is always on time. Great people to work with. Personal attention by the dentist is greatly appreciated .
