I have been going to Dr. Steven Hein for approximately 35 years and always am very satisfied with the entire office staff and both dentists. Everyone is very professional and extremely qualified to do whatever is needed.
Once again, my trip to the dentist was like a walk in the park. A delightful visit with great people who know what they are doing.
This was the first time I had used Dr. Hein's office for dental care. Many time after I get my teeth cleaned my mouth is very sore. It had been a while since my last cleaning, so I thought this would be the case. The lady that provided the service was excellent. She also explained what she would be doing and things that I should do to better take care of my teeth. I would recommend this dental office very highly to my friends. Thanks!
Rachel did a great job cleaning my teeth and explaining what she saw. She is friendly and always good to talk to. Dr Nelson verified what Rachel indicated and we are looking good for another 6 months.
They all have very good skills, good personalities and they never try to pressure you into procedures that aren't absolutely necessary.
Dr. Hein and Dr. Nelson and their staff are awesome. Everyone is so kind and caring. I highly recommend them!
Dr. Hein. I can't tell you how pleased I am with you and your staff since we came over last year. I had my cleaning with Sarah yesterday and she is such a pleasant and professional employee! She is always so warm and welcoming. I enjoy our conversations so much I forget that I am getting my teeth cleaned. And I especially love the way you treat my kids.
