Wait time is ridiculous! No point in having an appointment. You will be seen 3+ hours later. Go elsewhere.
I have found Dr. Bichai to be professional, kind & open to hearing concerns of family & patient. He is honest, helpful & receptive to looking deeper when warranted. I’ve worked with Docs as well as being treated by & he is truly in the top five of my experiences!! BTW....I’m no youngster @ 60yrs. I’ve seen more than a few in my life thus far!!
I hope he reads this one of his front office staff Buy the name is Samra had been making contact trying to date my husband calling on his cell phone my son in law took him in the office and she also approach him, he told her he was married and not interested. This is not very professional and she should be dismissed from your office.

Dr Bichai is the best dr I have been treated by. He is caring listens to you and gets the job done. He is like family
Dr. Bichai rescheduled my appointment 3 different times in a two week period. When I was finally able to come in, I waited over 6 hours to see him. During the exam, he was very uninterested in me or my medical issues. He was constantly on his phone, taking calls and texting, and walking in and out to talk to his staff about other patients. It was a horrible experience.
JUST AWFUL my appointment was scheduled at 4pm and they took till near 8pm to see me. This is ridiculous. People who came after me were seen before me. When sitting for a long time my back pain is outrages and i couldn't stand my back after i left here. They shouldn't schedule so many appointments or take so many walk ins if they know they already have more than they can handle, they're probably just trying to make more money. The waiting room is also freezing cold which didn't help my back.
Very caring doctor. He is extremely nice.
