During a routine eye appointment with my usual eye doctor, the doctor identified an apparent torn retina. That doctor called Dr. Tang's office and requested an emergency appointment for me. Dr. Tang saw me about an hour later and confirmed the retina tears. Dr. Tang immediately performed laser surgery and secured the condition. I now see Dr. Tang for regular retina check-ups. He did a surgery on my retina with good results and I am thankful for his job. What makes me reluctant to give him a higher ranking is his manners. He is very rude and does not care answering your questions. Jumps from door to door spending only a few minutes with each patient, looks to me that he wants to make as much as possible money in the shortest time. He ignores your questions and just wants to finish the job ASAP. He is a skilful doctor, but his attitude and rudeness makes me disgusted each time I visit him.
With Dr. Tang's retina expertise and surgical skill, the macular pucker in my left eye was monitored and repaired. Dr. Tang provided me with information about the condition along with how the procedure would be done. The surgery was painless, the results excellent. My vision is restored to an almost perfect 20/20. I highly recommend Dr. Tang for retina care.
Dr. Tang performed emergency surgery on my eye due to a severely torn retina back in 2009. I am so happy I was referred to him for my surgery. He literally saved my eye. I continue to get check ups from him to this day. I highly recommend Dr. Tang to anyone that needs an eye surgeon.
Explained me in plain English what was going on with my eye. Performed a laser surgery right away without any waiting time. No idle chatter, direct straight and to the point. Recommend to everyone.
very very long wait to get seen by him, can be almost 3 hours.. waiting room jammed. Literally runs between patients, not the best at answering questions. would go elsewhere if had a choice.
I’m sure he’s a good doctor but he’s incredibly rude and talks down to you. I’ll never go back. His staff could work on being more friendly as well.
I have retina tears in both eyes. Dr Tang's care has been exceptional
I had a retinal tear in my right eye. Dr Tang has done a marvelous job so successfully with such a wonderful result. Dr Tang always gives complete answers to my questions and helpful recommendations. Dr Tang is a very attentive, friendly person. He treats patients with a great patience and is a great professional.
