My buyer was one of the first to write a contract within the community. They took a chance on the community as there was nothing to look at but a mound of dirt. It looks like it should pay- the builder and contractor were communicative and they love their floor plan!
I love terracina at lake forest , it's a nice Community , it's the perfect size , has variety in ages ! A must see if your looking to down size from a house !
