RecommendedMy husband and I purchased a William Lyon home in the Prado community of Austin. We had a really good experience along the way. The sales staff was on top of it and kept us updated on the construction process. We had some minor delays due to the city but they compensated us for it. The construction managers were great too, quick to fix just about everything that our inspections brought to light. Just to add on to the experiences I have already written about. We closed on this house three weeks ago, even though during the walk through there were several things wrong that needed to be fixed. We did this with the promise that all of those things would be fixed soon. That was a mistake on my part, as many of those things are still not fixed. thanks for fixing and painting my house it's been 6 months and the paint is peeling, I'm pretty sure that's not normal. I'd call to let you know, but your construction manager advised me to never call him again! great customer service!
