I had originally selected another jeweler to do a custom engagement ring, and after ten weeks they had struggled to create my design. I took the design to Williams and within a week they had a perfect 3D model of my design! They not only completed the work under budget, but they also completed it early. I enjoy seeing how things are made, and they were very thoughtful to let me see every step from making the model, the wax mould, and the raw casting. It was a very fun experience and I am a customer for life!
Every time I go there just for watch batteries and clean my jewelry. They treat me as if a bought a diamond their. Excellent service
I had a great experience at Williams! After several stops at other "popular" stores, I stopped at Williams on a friend's recommendation. Great call! Lisa was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She put me onto the perfect engagement ring in under an hour, and the price was perfect. I'm definitely a fan of Lisa AND of Williams Jewelers!
