They took an antique ring with at least two prongs missing, and lowered the main stone into the setting a bit, and replaced all prongs with brand new ones. They also cleaned the ring and made it glisten. The employees were so courteous and encouraging. The entire experience was wonderful.
Very knowledgeable staff with the finest jewelry selections in the area. Debbie helped us today in exceeding my wife’s birthday wishes with several excellent pieces.
