I was 8 months pregnant and taking care of my mother. She had dementia and ESDR. One day her doctor from Cooper Green was so concerned about her kidney function she sent us to the ER. After a 14 hour wait we were turned away, and my mom was dead a few months later. I will die before I go back to UAB hospital or send a loved one there. UAB hospital is a greedy money grabbing machine that doesn't care about you. Go anywhere else and be treated like a person.

I have night terrors from childhood traumas. UAB had been prescribing my medicine to control them. Receptionist and Doctor Ashley Ford would not call my medicine in to control the night terrors. As I started getting closer to my last dose, I called panicking wanting for them to call in my prescription. "Dr." Yedla should retire. She cancels appointments more than she keeps them. Then she reschedules the appointments she cancels for months away. I don’t usually take to the internet to leave reviews, but I have so many complaints about this “Dr.” that I don’t feel she should be in her practice anymore. Since she cancels more than she sees me I DO NOT feel supported by her and when she does make it to an appointment, I do not feel heard.

It is so awesome to see Dr. Prime's smiling face again. My experience with him is 2 fold. I worked as part of the team at GRMC, in Gadsden, AL. I was also a patient of Dr. Prime. As a RN, I was able to see, not only his expert ability in Cardiology, but also the compassion with which he treats his patients. Waiting over 4 hours to be seen. Son has a large chunk of meat stuck in his esophagus. Health professionals not the least bit concerned as he chokes in the ER waiting room. Transported to ER by ambulance. Very, very disappointed in the health care of this department.

I just have to share this. This clinic is the absolute worst I’ve ever experienced in my lifetime. My child has been to this clinic since birth, and they have been ignoring his medical needs for a year and a half. My son has been sick for a year and a half and I’ve tried and tried to get him in to see his pediatrician, and they ALWAYS call back and tell me to take him to urgent care or children’s. UAB hospital does extreme research to enhance the lives of others. The staff at UAB are brilliant and respectable. UAB never gave up hope and has saved my life countless times. I am forever grateful for the support and care I received from the best hospital in the country. I am so thankful to those who continue to learn and fight for the wellbeing of others.

Not sure what the security wanna be whatever in the blue shirt is but will try and find out!! He is racial as s#=%t and very rude like he owns Uab! Flirting with staff and very nice to his own race.. I only call these type things out unless felt it needed to be…
