CCP has violated every one of my HIPPA Rights. Refused to give records even when the Attorney Generals Medical department tried to advocate for me. Stating " we were recently in touch with Miss Oeste. THEY NEVER MADE ANY CONTACT. REFUSE to respond to any of my messages, emails, phone calls and in person visit to CCP PAOLI. MY MEDICAL RECORDS WERE FALSIFIED BY Dr L. Podolsky and he never wanted this found out. Instead my permanent record has all of his falsified documentation .
