Excellent surgeon and very good at communicating. Two total knee replacements done and genetics were problematic but Dr. Montgomery did an amazing job. Thank you!
2 hip replacements 2019 & 2024, both with great results. When I met Dr Montgomery I saw a very confident surgeon and the results confirmed this. All good!
Horrible customer service. Called to schedule husbands appt. Two different times. Completely rude operators. I also need a knee doctor. So they lost two customers. Wouldn’t make an appt without an insurance number. We have self paid at every doctor and have plenty of money for that. (Although we have insurance we rarely use it). However I just didn’t have my insurance handy and they wouldn’t budge at all. No thanks. I’d rather go somewhere else more personable.
