Dismissive and a poor listener that facilitated an ineffective consultation. Condescending to my referring 'country doctor' further deteriorated communication. I arrived with both digital and printed copies of all diagnostics to date. We moved to different exam rooms as CD readers failed to import my images-I have no indication they were ever seen. This 15 minute interaction occurred after 2 hours sitting in an exam room. After 3 spinal surgeries Duke was to be 'best hope'---it was a setback
