I switched from my past dentist who would pressure me to do work I didn’t think was necessary. So far I have had two very thorough cleanings which was nice! Also, I have felt Dr Franklin is knowledgeable and reasonable with dental work suggests. He is not pushy and is respectful. Dr Franklin was fast and efficient in filling my two cavities. He and his assistant checked on me regularly and even offered a blanket!

They really go above and beyond to help! I live in Canada, was not an existing patient and didn't have insurance, but needed a filling replaced quickly while I was in the area and had a great experience with them. The front desk set me up for a next-day appointment with Dr. Franklin, who got everything done same-day due to my travel situation, did a thorough, professional job, was patient with my questions, and in addition did his absolute best to charge me for as little as possible given no insurance.
