I had both hips replaced, 9mos. apart, and he did both of them. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns. He is very matter of fact, doesn't sugar-coat anything, but I appreciate his straight-forwardness. His exray tech, Jocie (spelling?) is the best one ever-- somehow no pain during "contortions"! P.A. I am an MD & have had several orthopedic surgeries. My experience with Dr. Markowski was FANTASTIC!! He operated on my knee & when I awoke from surgery I already better with minimal pain & recovery. I can not recommend him more highly!
I saw Dr Markowski in April. He was thorough, listened, asked me questions, and did a good exam. He drained 62 cc of fluid from my left knee. It had been there for years and other ortho doctors hadn't done anything. He gave me a steroid injection in the right knee, due to pain I had not been able to bend it for 6 weeks. I will be going back to Dr Markowski to have my left knee partial replacement switched to a complete knee replacement.
I just saw Dr Markowski in Destin. He was fantastic. Extremely thorough, informative and he listened. I had seen 2 other orthopedist in NJ ... who immediately recommended surgery. I feel fortunate to have found Dr Markowski.
