I cannot be happier with my entire experience at Alliance Orthopedics. I was greeted by super friendly staff and a few minutes later Ms. Tiffany Firmino took me in and did my initial examination. She thoroughly went over my procedure and answered the million questions I had; she was fantastic! Once she finished, Dr. Gallagher came in with a super friendly demeanor and truly put my mind at ease during my time there. He had great bedside manners and you could tell he genuinely cares about his patients.
Quite disappointed with this place. I took my mom there for an appointment and waited and waited and waited. Every-time I would ask the (polite) staff, how long the wait is - they would respond 'a few minutes' :-) Gave up after an hour and half when told it is 'another 15 minutes'. Not being able to even guesstimate how long they want to keep the patient waiting - it is terrible. I figured, I would spend my money elsewhere - who can fairly value my time.
Dr. Gallagher is truly an oddity in the modern age of medicine (in the best way possible). This is a doctor who genuinely cares about every patient. He is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. He is painstaking in his attention to detail and unbelievably generous with his time. You will not be disappointed with this doctor.
