I have no problem with the doctor actually but my problem is with the front office people
I've been seeing Dr. Crooks for about four years. I usually prefer women as my PCP because they tend to have better bedside manners but I found him easy to get along with. I'm a transgender woman, he helped me get the paperwork to correct my passport approved by the Department of State. He also got me in touch with a surgeon at Boston Medical to help with bottom surgery.
I've been seeing Dr. Crooks for four years and have a great relationship with him. He runs his office on time, listens thoroughly to me, and offers suggestions that are specific to me. I think he's knowledgeable and kind too.
I’m shocked to hear all these negative reviews. I’ve been seeing Dr Crooks since Sept. 2018. I have been treated with nothing but respect. He remembers my name and problem so there’s no need to keep explaining every time I see him I find him very efficient and professional. I would definitely recommend him.
Dr crooks is just that a damn crook. Don't go here he is the worst doctor in Worcester! I can't believe UMass employs him still after all the sexual misconduct violations!
