I have been very satisfied with all office visits and treatments.
Made an appointment a month ago. Today is appointment day. I receive a call at 9 am telling me I am out of network but can still see the doctor at 1:30….. if I bring cash. How is that not an illegal practice? Why did they wait until day of to tell me insurance wouldn’t work?? I could have sought an in-network doctor during the month I have been in excruciating pain and waiting. But thanks for making me miss at least another week of work while I seek out ANOTHER podiatrist Dr Fox and office. I hope y’all feel really good abou... read more
