I love and respect this doctor and his staff. His caring and comforting medical care has gotten me through a difficult time with many laughs and a casual bedside manner. I truly will miss him when my care is done. I would recommend him highly and would send anyone I love to him for his care. Having to undergo a double mastectomy I was fortunate my surgeon who removed my breasts recommended Dr. Leighton for the reconstruction. Although the expander procedure is not without pain, Dr. Leighton and his staff made the experience as pleasant as possible. I actually laughed along with the Dr. and his staff at most of my visits which I did not do with my other doctors during my cancer treatments. Dr Leighton did a tummy tuck and breast augmention on me a couple of years ago and he was an awesome plastic surgeon. He was caring and skilled. I ended up looking like a million bucks.
I would definitely not recommend this doctor.He botched my surgery and disfigured me. Yelled at me when I told him how unhappy I was and is now unwilling to correct his mistakes.
Dr. Leighton is a well known doctor who consequentially has never had to advertise his work. He knows what he is talking about. With him I feel so comfortable that I almost don't need to ask questions, because he is so thorough. Dr. Leighton works out of an office in Scottsdale, over by Shea hospital. There are two or three other plastic surgeons in his office, all of which have appeared as a "Top Doc" in the magazine at some point in the past years.
