Dr Leighton was amazing. He is very personal and very knowledgable. The best trait he processes is honesty. He tells u what will give u the best result and allows u to add ur input. He has a great sense of humor that puts u at ease. I just had surgery July 3, 2014 and everything the explained was expected. After going to him and meeting his staff, I will not go to another surgeon. His staff members are very friendly, personal and they all treat each other with respect. Smiling goes a long way and I'm eager to see the final w... read more

I think if patients (those plastic/ cosmetic surg patient addicts) are living in lala land and don't want the truth, those are the people on the web posting negative comments here. Of course those people/patients living in denial will get mad at Dr. Leighton when he is up front & honest, which may come across as he doesn't care. I hope he doesn't care! If he did, he would be an awful doctor- wimpy and caring- really patients? Is that what you look for in a doctor. If it is you're choosing and 'ACTOR' Doctor. I love Dr. Leigh... read more

Dr Leighton was my reconstruction surgeon from stage 3 breast cancer 15 years ago. Everything about that experience was positive, even in the midst of the concern about cancer. Even doctors I have seen in ensuing years have commented on the quality of that surgery. Now that the implant needed replacement, there was no doubt that I would return to the outstanding skills of Dr. Leighton! And the results have been as good as I expected. Thank you!

Updated review 05/31/13**** After finding a the correct laser needed to remove my birthmark (Pulsed Dye Laser) I went to Dr. Leighton's for a follow up appointment. Even though the first visit didn't rub me right, his advice was dead on. The follow up appointment was night and day. No wait time, Dr. Leighton explained his thoughts on the procedure, and the reasoning why. He took his time, and sincerely apologized for our previous interaction. I am nearly finished with the removal of my birthmark, and appreciate his advice on... read more

Dr. Leighton did a facelift on me and I have amazing results. He was so honest and upfront about everything. Dr. Leighton's staff is so helpful and kind. The wait is well worth it, I only waited 30 minutes which is normal to see a doctor. Its so sad people writing these horrible things, so untrue. He is a wonderful man and fabulous Doctor!

I had 5 different consultations with surgeons. All said my surgery should be done in 2 procedures, EXCEPT Dr. Leighton who assured me he could do it "with perfection in 1" Initially, it appeared to be a good experience, until issues occurred, then I was talked down to, was yelled at and was called "a baby" because I flew back early from a trip because my stitches opened up. I was sutured up in his office with just Novocain. I had a large hole in my breast due to skin that died and in the end my nipple died also. I am left wi... read more

I have not had a procedure with him yet, but he and his office have been very nice and responsive to me so far. The wait wasn't long, I had additional questions and Dr. Leighton called me back personally on a Saturday. His office staff answered all my email questions. I have been in twice so far and both experiences have been very positive. I am very picky and ask a lot of questions. They have been very patient with me and not pushy at all. I have experienced a very kind and supportive doctor and staff so far.

Worst experience ever! Great score card, accomplished. Wait a month to get in. Wait an hour in the office to sit in the back office. Assist tells me to put on a gown when I am seeing him for my mouth? Oops, wrong chart! Wait 15 more minutes for the Dr. Very impressionable. Doesn't discuss a thing how he would correct a previous surgery gone wrong. He immediately refers me to get laser for the color of my birthmark first.1st AND 2nd referral said, "We don't do that". The nice lady in the office offered to call the 3rd for me,... read more
