My diabetic husband and I think Dr Krauss is an exceptional doctor! He is very kind and knowledgeable and is able to help the healing process conservatively, without surgery, resulting in great results!
Dr Krauss seemed nice but office staff was terrible. Its a circus. The front desk staff sat in front of everyone talking about and complaining about the patients sitting in front of them where we could all hear. They didn't like how I checked in on the self check-in so made me wait an hour to ask me a question so my check-in could be complete. They need a better office manager.
Dr Kraus has been my Dr for many years. I am able to walk normally because of him. Great bedside manner and care for the pain I may be in at the time.
He has been excellent with my 17 year olds football injuries.
I had surgery 7/24. Saw Dr. Krauss today for my 3 follow up visit. I had my foot fused, and a bunion removed. Extremely painful at first, but I am following Dr.'s orders and all,is well. This man,has incredible surgical skills. I need work on my other foot, and Dr. Krauss will be my surgeon. Honest, trustworthy, dedicated staff. MUCH prefer the Grandview office to the one south.
He has been absolutely wonderful through this entire horrible situation. His surgery work is excellent. He’s an honest doctor that does not give false hopes. I would recommend him to anyone. He’s spectacular.
Great! He “unscrewed” what had become four surgeries attempting open reduction of broken bone in foot (that surgeon had done a great job on an ACL graft and prosthetic hip placement for me). Krause removed a metal plate and eight screws; placed four screws and called it a bone fusion. Previous surgeries had basically mangled foot function. Krause did an excellent job.
I have severe arthritis in my left foot, and a very large bunion which combined make walking well difficult. I am contemplating surgery with Dr. Krauss. My surgery will involve fusion of joints across the top of my foot and the straightening of the big toe due to the bunion. Am I scared of the outcome? YES
At my last post op surgery appointment I was told by dr Krauss that everything looked fine when that was clearly not the case my foot and leg was swollen beyond belief and I was dismissed with no recommendation as to what I should do. It has been almost three months since my surgery and still so much swelling that I cannot wear anything but flip flops Also I cannot bend my toes and my foot looks deformed.
