Dr Krauss is the best! Very knowledgeable, caring and professional.
The visit was very timely and efficient. Dr. Krauss was kind and listened to my concerns and set up a plan to help.
I returned to your facility for a 3 week follow up after seeing Iris on my first visit. Waited 40 minutes in waiting room for my appt. Dr. Krauss came in asked how I was, told him still a bit of pain, he told me wear boots 3 more weeks then we’d discuss PT and left. Did not even look at my ankles to check for progress, pain, or swelling. Will not be returning for my next follow up.
This was an emergency situation. Dr. Krauss came in, explained what the procedures were going to be so we could understand them. Kind. Took his time to answer questions. Worked us into his schedule.
I had ankle surgery. The surgery went well and I followed all Dr Krauss' instructions and have made a full recovery. at each visit he was very pleasant and answered all my questions.
The staff was very professional and caring.
The staff was prompt, friendly and professional.The doctor was courteous, knowledgeable and took time with me.
